What this policy covers
A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software tags that store information on a device or access information already stored there.
This page describes the V5 site's implementation as checked in the local preview on 20 October 2026. Production hosting, form configuration and external survey storage still require confirmation before publication. Read it with the Privacy Policy.
What the website currently uses
The website uses one first-party session cookie, ORTO_form_session, when a visitor opens the contact form. It is strictly necessary to prepare and validate the secure form submission.
The Free Time-Saving Review page offers an ORTO survey hosted by GoHighLevel at links.orto.live. The page does not request the survey iframe or embed script on initial load. They load only after a visitor chooses “Load survey”. A separate link lets the visitor open the hosted survey directly in a new tab. Once loaded, GoHighLevel may use cookies or local storage to operate the survey and remember information according to its configuration; those provider behaviours have not been verified in V5.

- Provider: ORTO through the www.orto.live website, hosted by IONOS
- Category: strictly necessary, first-party session cookie
- Purpose: links the browser session to a randomly generated anti-forgery token so that ORTO can reject forged form submissions. The cookie itself does not contain the visitor's form answers.
- When set: when the contact form requests its security token, and when that form is submitted
- Duration: the browser session; it has no persistent expiry date
- Scope and protections: available across the ORTO website, inaccessible to browser scripts through the HttpOnly setting, restricted with SameSite=Lax and marked Secure when the site is accessed over HTTPS
Analytics, advertising and tracking
ORTO does not add separate analytics or advertising scripts to the website, and V5 does not currently provide a cookie preference banner or settings panel. The Free Time-Saving Review loads the GoHighLevel survey only after a visitor chooses to load it or opens it in a new tab. The provider may use cookies or similar storage; its settings and whether consent is required before loading have not been verified in V5.
ORTO must confirm the survey provider's storage and any applicable consent requirements, and add controls where required, before publishing the survey on the live site.
External resources and server records
The Manrope typeface is served directly from this website. Loading the font does not request files from Google Fonts or another external font provider.
IONOS also creates ordinary hosting and security logs when it serves the website. Server logs are not cookies or browser storage. Further information about hosting records and personal information is in the Privacy Policy.
Contact form security
The form-session cookie is used only for security that is essential to provide a form requested by the visitor. It falls within the strictly necessary exception under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, so consent is not requested before it is set. ORTO still provides this policy so visitors can understand its purpose and duration.
Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies using browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie may prevent the contact form from preparing its security token or submitting successfully. You can still contact ORTO by email or telephone.
Changes and contact
ORTO will review this policy when the website or its service providers change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
